MUMBAI.Singing sensation Ali Zafar who made his debut in the critically acclaimed Tere Bin Laden is currently shooting in Mumbai for Yash Raj’s Mere Brother Ki Dulhan also starring Katrina Kaif andImran Khan and was recently in a slight tizzy when he was thrown the challenge of singing a song for the film in a drunk voice.
Explains a source “This was the first song Ali was recording for the film and he had to sing it in a slightly tipsy manner – normally this would be like a walk in the park for him since he is one of Asia’s biggest singers however this was a first for him and he worked really hard to get the tone right”A perfectionist at what he does – the singer /actor played around with the song which according to sources has chart -buster written all over it .“The song shaped up brilliantly – one to watch out for” adds the source.
